In general, the List Analysis functions mark the records in a list as 1 for TRUE (meets the criteria of the analysis) or 0 for FALSE.
The main exception to this rule is the analysis of GAPS in a numeric series.
For each type of analysis, a cryptic but unique description is provided as a header to the analysis column and acts as an audit trail to the work undertaken. The audit trail header always begins with the letter reference of the column (or field) being analysed.
Several of the List Analysis functions need the list to be in ascending order to compute. You are always given the opportunity to mark the original order before proceeding.
You may also mark the order of your list at any time during the analysis.
None of the List Analysis processes will compute if the column (or field) contains #Error values.
