The
Audit Tools menu carries seven main items.

- the List Analysis tools (also known as Find and Mark) can be used to investigate lists for duplicates, similar records, gaps in series etc
- the List Comparison tools compare two lists that have a common 'key field'. These tools report on missing records and records where a primary value has changed.
- the Spreadsheet Data List tools report on the current state of your worksheet or workbook. They provide cell by cell reports of formulae, numbers, text, error values and shapes.
- the Random Sampling generator is directed primarily at providing strictly random selections for paper based lists - it is intended to replace the less stringent approach of choosing the Nth transaction on every Nth page
- the Numbers in Strings functions extract either integer or decimal numbers from string values based on position in the string or position relative to a specified string pattern
- the Number Arrays from Strings functions generate an array (or temporary database) of all the numbers or number groups contained in a string. The user selects the information he needs from the array.
- AutoDelete Rows is a function for cleansing imported data lists based on the value in Column A of the data list.
The detailed functionality of these groups are activated from sub-menus, with the exception of AutoDelete rows, which is a stand alone function.
