The Spreadsheet Data Lists are lists of the data held on the worksheet or sheets contained in the active workbook.

The lists cover various data types and will extract data from the active worksheet or the whole workbook depending on the data type.
In the case of Formulae and Text the user can select which of the current worksheet or the whole workbook he wants to select.

Remarks
The lists are standardised such that they are ready for immediate investigation using the List Analysis and Comparison tools.
