You may generate a data list of all the shapes in the whole workbook.

This report includes the Shape Name and its position (or Placement) on the Worksheet. Placement is the address of the cell under which the top left hand corner of the shape lies. If there is a macro associated with the shape this is also reported.

The list report includes the type of list, the scope of the analysis and the data and time that it was generated.

The list is presented in the following format. The four fields in the data list are

• Worksheet
  
• Shape Name
  
• Placement
  
• Macro
