The forms in this section extract data direct from the number array. The user form iterates through a list of alphanumeric strings, generating the number array for each one as it goes, and delivers the required information (the result) in a column to the immediate right of your current data list. The column header acts as an audit trail to the process used to generate the result.

The most important function delivers the count of positions in the number array.

The other two forms deliver access to several of the worksheet functions relatiing to a single group of parameters

• the first form reports each/or all of the five primary characteristics of a string number associated with a specified position in the number array
  
• the second form reports each or/all of the maximum and minimum characteristics associated with a number array
