When using a commercial add-in (like ACBA Audit Tools), it is inevitable that some of your colleagues will not have their own copy. This can mean that, when sharing files, some of the data is lost because your colleagues do not have the program to interpret the formulae.

The ACBA Tools package provides a solution to sharing data by offering two methodologies for numeric data extraction.

Formula Based	Form Based
Numbers in Strings	Numbers in String - Form Based
Number Arrays in Strings	Number Arrays in Strings - Form Based

The Form Based extraction processes deliver the results as plain numbers (which do not need the add-in to interpret the results) with an audit trail header to identify the process and the parameters employed.
