The process of generating a string series for use with the string analysis function takes place in two phases

• creating the string series a list of string values for comparison against a master list. This is stored in an Excel file outside the ACBA Tools software.
  
• generating a reference to the string series within the ACBA Tools software. Once created, access to the string series appears seamless.
  

Access to the list for analysis purposes is via the Series of Similar Strings user dialog form.
